Running 48km to honour my godfather Giles

To honour my wonderful godfather Giles, I will be running 48km  (he was 48 years old)  to raise money for mental health and raise awareness for mental illness and suicide. 

Anyone who knows me knows full well that I can't stand running but for Giles and for others who need support and help to deal with mental health and it's devastating toll. I am determined to hit this goal. 

Seriously, for many this might not seem like a massive distance but for me its like climbing Mount Everest. Please give generously.
