Today I've decided to help raise much needed funds and awareness for the Black Dog institute. They are world leaders in research and development of programs and support for Australians with mental health issues. 1 in 5 pepole in Australia will be affected by some kind of mental health issue in thier lifetime.  As I'm not able to do the reasearch myself I've decided that I  am able to fund raise to support such a great cause.
