I have successfully reached well & truly over my goal, I have raised awareness about Mental Health & who the Black Dog Institute are/how they can help & I have now cut my hair! After growing my dreadlocks for 3 years & thinking that was my only source of confidence, I have gained a whole new perspective & confidence with cutting my hair. My mental health is changing, for the better & I hope I can help others to reach out & talk to someone in their tough time. We are all here to support one another. We are all loved.
