Why I am growing a mullet for mental health
Tuesday 27th Jan I am growing a mullet to help support mental health. I have experienced anxiety myself, so this is something that really matters to me. Surfing has helped me a lot. Getting in the ocean, having fun, and clearing my head makes a big difference. Being around good mates and family helps too. The mullet is for fun, and it’s also about reminding people they are not alone. If my haircut can help raise awareness and support mental health, then it is worth it.
