Mental Awareness Hike

I'm helping support my brother for a charity that is close to heart. I think too many of us know someone who fell through the cracks and could've used some support earlier to avoid tragedy.

Black Dog Institute is an amazing charity working hard to create a mentally healthier world. I’m supporting them because I share the dream of reducing mental illness for all. With around 1 in 5 Australians experiencing mental illness every year, every dollar I raise will make a difference. It will go towards world-class mental health research, education and support programs that help save lives every single day.

I’m so proud to be raising funds for such an important cause. The more we talk about mental illness and learn how people are impacted, the more we can help the people who need it.
