Fresh Out the Slammer Gala

Help me make it meaningful

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – whether you're listening to "This is Me Trying" for the 50th time or staring up at the ceiling listening to "Happiness", we've all been there before, and we all know we might be there again. Mental health issues affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.

That’s why as we celebrate a night out at our gala this year, we're here in your doorway, asking for donations to The Black Dog Institute. Every dollar raised will support crucial mental health research and support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

This is just us trying. We hope you can too.

Love that the swiftie society is highlighting an amazing charity. Mental health matters and I know I'm not alone in saying Taylor's music has helped me through some of the darkest times in my life and brought me joy. Can't wait to dance the night away at the gala 🤍
