8 - Week Beginner Plan:

This program is tailored for less experienced runners.We start out on a walk-run plan which gets your body stronger building up to a series of longer  continuous runs.This will give you confidence to take on future goals


8 - Week Advanced Plan

This plan is for those experienced runners who want to reach another level of fitness.I incorporate My own personal training program which includes hill sessions combined with longer runs to condition your body’s endurance.



8 Week Plan: $35 inclusive of all fees and taxes. Half the the proceeds go to black dog

I used running for my focus to handle mental health which worked to a certain extent but in 2017 I hit rock bottom and needed to change. I started speaking out and that was just the beginning of getting better I went on to win city2surf three times and coming within 2 sec of the city2surf record beating Rob De Castella and some Australian best runners here is one of my articles.
