That’s why I’m getting active and raising funds for the Black Dog Institute - to support crucial mental health research and support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

I’ve set myself a challenge: run 5K every day for 30 days. What started as a personal test has turned into something bigger. I’ll be doing this to raise funds for the Black Dog Institute, supporting men’s mental health.
Mental health matters — especially for those who suffer in silence. So I’m running for the guys who can’t, won’t, or don’t know how to ask for help.
I will be trying to do daily updates of my progress to hopefully inspire others to come along for a run.
