Let's spark some conversation around mental wellbeing

From the 5th of December, Sam and I will be embarking on a 9 day, 1000 km cycling challenge across rural and regional Victoria to raise awareness and spark important conversations around mental health.

Whilst this will be a physical challenge for us both, we appreciate that mental fitness is equally important for sustaining a healthy and balanced life.

I have family members and a particularly close mate that suffers from a mental illness on a daily basis. I am riding for these individuals!

I hope that this ride highlights the importance of sharing our emotions and being vulnerable with one another. In doing so, I believe we can create an environment that is free of social ideals and is accepting of people for who they are.
