Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the most common being depression and anxiety. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life — individuals, families, workplaces and communities.
One way that I maintain positive mental health is through physical exercise. During COVID that has meant A LOT of training indoors on ZWIFT. On June 5th I will be climbing 2000m in approx 3-4 hours trying to raise $8,848 for Team Black Dog.

As all of you know (because of how much I talk about it) – the way I maintain positive mental health is through physical exercise. During COVID that has meant A LOT of training indoors on ZWIFT. On June 5th I will be climbing 2000m in approx 3-4 hours trying to raise $8,848 for Team Black Dog. At the same time, three of my colleagues will be climbing Mt Everest 8,848m in 15 hours!
