"What Goes Up, Must Come Down" by Kayte from CHECKMAT for Mental Health 🖤

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year through challenges like depression and anxiety. Its impact can be devastating, not just for those living with it, but also for the people around them.

At the Grapplers Haven Australia Championship, we believe in the power of community, both on and off the mats. That’s why we’re kicking off the event with a free seminar called “What Goes Up, Must Come Down” ran by CHECKMAT'S Kayte where she will dive into all things stand up, all while raising funds for the Black Dog Institute.

Your donations will go directly toward supporting crucial mental health research and services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

Join us in creating a meaningful moment for mental health as we roll for a cause. Every contribution, big or small, helps make a real difference.

Donate now, together we can fight for mental health.
