Hi all, don't really do this kind of thing often but thought I'd try my best to contribute to a good cause with Team Black Dog and mental illness awareness, so anything u can contribute would be much appreciated.

If I can hit my target of 1k I will shave off the beard once and for all and exposing my double chin to the world again after many many years.
