Help me create a mentally healthier world
Throughout the month of November I will be running 200 kilometres to raise money for The Black Dog Institute, to raise awareness for mental health. Mental health is a very important topic and should be talked about. The Black Dog Institute are working to reduce the incidence of mental illness and the stigma around it and actively reduce suicide rates. Your donation will help them develop research and tools for a mentally healthier world. Along with the 200 kilometres I will also be cutting a filthy mullet to run around in! Any donations would be greatly appreciated but no pressure to do so. Cheers for the support 🍻
