Let's Talk About Mental Health
AllSquares (well, three of us) are mullet-ing up for Black Dog Institute's Mullets for Mental Health.
1 in 5 of us will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year. In Australia that’s around 5 million people. And roughly 60% of these people won’t seek help.
For the month of November, Julien, Sami and Richard from AllSquares will be growing their lustrous locks and sporting ever-growing mullets to raise funds to show support for mental health research.
If the past 2 years have taught us anything, it is that Mental Health matters more than ever, so please donate and support our mullets and empower everyone in Australia to look after their mental health.
