Raise awareness for suicide prevention

Help me make it meaningful

Early this year I had received the most heartbreaking and devastating news any sibling could receive I lost my older brother. the grief and heart ache that I’m enduring on a daily basis is gut wrenching. And I feel I need to do something to help. If I can prevent someone else from loosing a loved one than I’ll do whatever I can. And this is a start. anything to prevent someone loosing a loved one to suicide. I’m no longer working or doing anything so this is a big change for me to step out in 40-45• heat with twins to reach this goal but I will do my absolute best.

I’ll be doing my absolute best to walk 5-10kms per day for 30 days

Weather you can donate $1 or just a share could help prevent this happening to anyone.

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.

That’s why I’m getting active and raising funds for the Black Dog Institute - to support crucial mental health research and support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

Help me create a meaningful moment for mental health as I work up a sweat, all for a great cause.

Please donate now. Thank you.
