This July, I’m challenging myself to walk 5km every single day not just for my own mental health, but to raise awareness and funds for those who are struggling in silence. Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety.
Mental health affects all of us in one way or another, and too many people are still suffering without the support they need. So I’m walking with purpose, to spark conversation, to honour those fighting silent battles, and to raise money for a cause that’s deeply personal.
