#14DaysYourWay is Black Dog Institute's social connection challenge.
While many of us are heading indoors, it is important that we keep mentally and physically active while staying connected with our friends and family.
I'll be doing a physical challenge - an exercise regime every day for 14 days! Thanks for supporting me on this journey :)
Days 1 & 2 got an online cardio workout, pilates session and hour walk with the family dog under my belt.
Days 3 & 4 - joined the local school Dad's morning boot camp and, did an online workout with my friend in her backyard and another hour of dog walking.
Day 5 is pilates by zoom and then weekend 1980s aerobics dress up here we come!
Week 2 has seen me do more Dads' boot camp, a 4 hour stint of house cleaning, more online pilates, a yoga session and multiple dog walks much to the delight of Chloe the lab.
