In memory of a loved one
Starting May 1st, we (Sarah and Ava) are taking on the 75 Hard Challenge—a physically and mentally demanding 75-day program—not just for personal growth, but for a cause that is very close to our hearts.
In February, we lost our beautiful friend Ethan to suicide at 23 years old. If you didn’t know Ethan, he was a vibrant, generous soul with a heart of gold, and a beloved member of the Williamstown community. He brought laughter and a sense of warmth to everyone who knew him. We want to honour his memory in a way that matters.
We’re raising funds for the Black Dog Institute, an organisation that does vital work in mental health research, education, and support. Every dollar raised goes towards helping others who are struggling, creating resources and support systems that might one day save a life.
The 75 Hard Challenge is tough—but not nearly as tough as living with mental illness or losing someone you love to it.
