Help me make it meaningful
Mental illness doesn’t discriminate.
Each year, 1 in 5 Australians experience mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating — not only for those living with it, but for their families, friends, and communities.
That’s why CHANGE Burleigh West is hosting STAY WITH IT, a team-based endurance challenge dedicated to raising funds and awareness for mental health.
On Saturday 7th March, our community will come together to push through physical discomfort as a reminder of the mental weight so many Australians carry every day. This event isn’t about competition or performance — it’s about showing up, supporting one another, and choosing to keep moving forward, even when things feel heavy.
All funds raised from this event will be donated to Black Dog Institute, supporting vital mental health research, education, and support services for Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
By taking part — or donating — you’re helping create conversations, fund change, and remind people that they’re not alone.
Help us create a meaningful moment for mental health.
We’ll do the work — every step, every rep, every kilometre — all for a cause that truly matters.
Please donate if you can.
Thank you for your support.
