Suicide is the leading cause of death for people aged 15-44 in Australia, with 9 Australians taking their own lives everyday. In the construction industry we lose one worker every two days to suicide.
After loosing my brother to mental illness earlier this year I have decided to fundraise for Black Dog Institute.
Black Dog Institute is the only medical research institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan. Their aim is to create a mentally healthier world for everyone.
