In memory of a loved one
In honour of Isaac’s 21st birthday in March this year, I’d love it if you could please donate $21.21—or any amount ending in .21.
After starting my own journey with mental health last year, I set myself a challenge: 21 reps of 21 exercises, plus 21 minutes of cardio and stretching, for 21 days. While it might sound achievable, on my low days it felt like climbing Mount Everest!! Those who’ve struggled with mental health will understand.
I still do this challenge every morning as part of my routine—it helps me focus and set the tone for the day.
