Help me make it meaningful

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate—it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year, with the impact being devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.

James, Ned, Sean and Toby are taking on Inward Bound, ANU’s endurance navigation race. The challenge will push us physically and mentally as we run through the Australian bush, relying on teamwork, resilience and determination to reach the finish.

As we train and compete, we’re raising funds for the Black Dog Institute to support vital mental health research, education and services for Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

Inward Bound is about supporting your teammates and continuing through difficult moments—qualities that are also incredibly important when it comes to mental health. Through this challenge, we hope to raise awareness, encourage conversations and make every kilometre count for a meaningful cause.

Please support our Inward Bound journey by donating. Every contribution makes a difference. Thank you.
