Helping create a mentally healthier world!
On Saturday 5th November 2022 I will be running the inaugural 80km Janssen Bondi to Manly Ultra from Bondi Beach to Manly Beach to raise money for The Black Dog Institute, one of the top mental health charities in Australia.
1 in 5 of us will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year. In Australia, that’s around 5 million people. And roughly 60% of these people won’t seek help.
The Black Dog Institute aims to significantly reduce the incidence of mental illness and suicide, remove the stigma, and empower all people to live the most mentally healthy life possible.
Donations will go towards turning their advanced research into life-saving action through creating education programs, digital tools and apps, clinical services, and community support.
Any donations you can kindly make will be hugely appreciated and we're aiming to hit $1,000 before the event whilst also raising awareness and encouraging open conversations to support one another 🙏
