Belated Birthday & Graduation

Help me make it meaningful

Recently, my beloved mum Monica passed away. She helped me start the plans to celebrate my birthday and graduation. We both agreed that mental health awareness is really important and should be my chosen charity for my wishing well, instead of gifts.

Mental health is something I have always been passionate about. I have had personal experience with Mental illness and it is something not to be ashamed of. I have been volunteering with the Black Dog Institute for over 6 years now.

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it but for those around them.

That’s why I’m asking you to donate to the Black Dog Institute instead of gifts. Every dollar raised will support crucial mental health research and support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

Please help me in honoring my mum and creating a meaningful moment for mental health by donating as a gift to me.

A small donation would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
