Help me make it meaningful
I want to help raise funds to create awareness of mental health, but in particular men's mental health by shaving my beard off.
I've been growing it out for almost a year now and its in need of a change.
In Australia depression is the most commonly diagnosed mental health disorder in men and we are also more likely to commit suicide than women.
I've lost a close friend to depression, which is why this is such a big thing for me.
