Hello,
My Name is Kingsford and I am raising money in memory of my daddy, Jamie. I lost my daddy to suicide in 2023 and it was the hardest and saddest time in my life and I want to help make sure no one else has to go through what not only my daddy did, but what I did aswell.
Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.
