Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.
This is why Ive chosen this cause, to help push me to and over the line. On the 21st of March 2026, I will be attempting my first Ultramarathon 50km!
The Black Dog institute supports crucial mental health research and provides support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.
