What this is about
On Friday July 18th ,
I’m taking on a massive challenge, skiing 75KM in one go to raise awareness and funds for men’s mental health. This isn’t just about endurance; it’s about starting conversations, breaking the stigma, and supporting those who are struggling in silence.
Men’s mental health is often overlooked, yet so many battle their demons alone. This challenge is my way of showing that no one has to fight alone. Every meter skied represents the struggles men face daily—the highs, the lows, and the perseverance to keep pushing forward.
All donations will go directly to black dog institute, helping provide resources, support, and hope for men who need it most. If you’d like to contribute, share, or simply follow along, your support means the world.
