That’s why I’m getting active and raising funds for the Black Dog Institute - to support crucial mental health research and support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

June Update -
Thursday 19th Jun After fighting and suppressing my mental health for too many years, I broke and I fell into a thousand pieces. Being a mother takes its toll; two out of five pregnancies takes its toll. I lost my identity and couldn’t see a way out. With the support of my family and friends, I admitted myself to hospital to seek professional help and support. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but I am so damn proud of myself for doing it. I met some of the kindest, most beautiful nurses, psychologists, animals and patients who made a hard time that much easier. I am home, I am safe and I am beyond grateful for my husband Chris, who made sure I knew I’d be okay and our big babies would be too! Upwards and onwards from here for Lozgal 🤙🏻.
