Help me make it meaningful

The NYF Games are done. The reason we ran them isn't.

Yesterday our community showed up, formed teams, and pushed each other through five heats at Darlinghurst. It was a good day. But the event was never just about the training.

We ran the NYF Games to raise money for the Black Dog Institute — because mental health hits people in every gym, every workplace, and every family, including ours. The Black Dog Institute does the research and builds the tools that help people get through it.

If you were part of the day, or you just believe in what we're backing, you can still donate. Every dollar goes straight to the Institute.
