Our aim is to to shine a light on youth mental health and raise some money to help prevent the ever increasing rates of depression and anxiety amoung young people.
Last year we were touched by the effects of youth mental health in the loss of a close friends little sister who had undergone a battle with depression. This brought the issue of youth mental health to the forefront for us and now is a better time than ever to raise money for this much needed cause.
