Running Berlin for Better Mental Health

On the 27th September, three of the SQ Projects team are swapping building sites for the streets of Berlin and taking on the Berlin Marathon.
We thought if we’re going to put ourselves through 42.2km, we may as well make it count. We’re raising funds for Black Dog Institute to support their work in mental health research, education and suicide prevention.
Mental health touches every workplace, family and group of mates, including our own industry. We’d love the support of our clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, friends and family as we take on Berlin.
Every donation, big or small, will give us a little extra motivation when the kilometres start hurting.
