Running has been helpful with my own experience of suicidal ideation and depression.
On one of these runs, as I was listening to Neil Dimond's 'Forever In Blue Jeans', I decided to do something to help people who live with suicidal ideation and depression.

On the 10.10.2024 I will run my first ever marathon in blue jeans... while only listening to 'forever in blue jeans' on repeat.
I hope to raise $4,200 for the Black Dog Institute.
