Mental illness doesn't discriminate - it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devestating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.
One of the best ways to address Mental Health and raise awareness is simply by having a conversation - that's why we're hosting Fan Shirt Friday!
What's the game plan?
Show off your favorite fan shirt for the day in the Office (be it a sporting team, band, or TV show) and let your personality shine! It's not just about style or friendly banter; it's about sparking conversation and making connections.
What's the ask?
Keeping with the theme of connection and Mental Health awareness, we're partnering with the Black Dog Institute where you're asked to make a gold coin donation via the QR code below. This donation means you will be contributing to a cause that truly matters and breaking down the stigma around Mental Health, one conversation at a time.
So get creative, wear your passion on your sleeve (literally!) and be part of an initiative that combines fun and philanthropy where your participation and a simple conversation can make a world of difference!
