Mental mullets flapping in the wind.

I’m raising money for mental health I’m doing 3,030 kms throughout the year which is the same distance as Adelaide to Darwin. I’m also going to be growing a mullet and shaving it off New Year’s Day 2023. The hope is to raise awareness and money to fund research into mental health in both men and women. Any donations little or large will be greatly appreciated or just share the post ya mad dawgs. Let’s remove the stigma around mental health and get around your mates sisters cousins uncles dogs friends best mates cousins aunties husbands barber and let it be known it’s ok to not be ok speak up lads and lasses.
