Duval College - Mullets for Mental Health

Hi everyone!

Did you know that 43% of Aussies 16-85yo have or are experiencing a mental health disorder?
Or that only 18% seek professional help? This is ought to change.

Duval is hosting a "Mullets for Mental Health" day, to raise funds for the Black Dog Institute, Australia's only medical research institute which investigates mental health.

Most importantly, it will be a moment to recognise the role mental health plays in our lives. We wish to reflect on how prevalent it is amongst us, and hopefully start a conversation - even a mere thought - that might just make life easier for someone; going through hidden struggles or not.

So, if you're willing to rock a mullet, come join us! We'll also have a small auction for the opportunity to wax some hair off our volunteers on the day. Looking forward to seeing you there!
