My work is my story.
Throughout my career as a physiotherapist I have seen the impact poor and unstable mental health can have on a person and their overall day to day state not only emotionally but physically as well.
My job is my passion and everyday I strive to help people live the life they want to live by helping them as much as I possibly can physically and guiding them the best way I know how.
Although I’m not an expert in the mental health field - I’d like to do my bit to try and help people from this aspect in anyway I can.
So on December 1st I’m going to push my body to its limit and run 100km around the Bay Run at Lilyfield.
