Ironman for Mental Health

By Riley Surendra-Nicholas Join Me

Help me make it meaningful

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.

This September I’ll be competing in the Vinfast Ironman World Championships in Nice, France. I want to dedicate this event to raising more awareness and money for those that are fighting those silent battles.

The Black Dog institute is a great organisation that enables crucial mental health research and support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

My goal is to raise money but also encourage people to speak up and get the help that they need.

A chat may save a life.
