MSS For The Love Of Hair

My name is Ryan and I am a home support worker for MSS (manning support services) 
Our organisation has launched our fundraiser for The Black Dog called MSS For The Love Of Hair.
Our goal is to reach a minimum of $500 for The Black Dog Institute.
I have been lucky enough to have someone from each sector of the business to participate, we have a Case Manager willing to shave his head, a Team Leader colouring her hair and myself a Home Support Worker shaving my beard.
Australia's greatest asset is not in the ground, but it is inside the heads of our people.
But how well do we look after our mental health?
Rates of depression, anxiety, suicide and self harm continue to rise at an alarming pace. Almost half of us will experience a mental health condition at some point.
Unfortunately, even today it is still "taboo" to talk about mental health. WE NEED TO STOP THE STIGMA!
We at MSS are all about caring for the community, both young and old, and what a better way to connect with our community in showing support and teaming up against mental health. 
So please, join us and help raise funds for The Black Dog Institute
