Help me make it meaningful
On Sunday, 13th July, I’ll be running 85 kilometres from Middleton to Glenelg.
It’s the biggest physical challenge I’ve ever taken on, but for me, it’s about more than just the distance.
I’m doing this for mental health. I’m doing it for the Black Dog Institute, and I’m doing it for myself.
Like many others, I’ve faced my own challenges with mental health. This run represents the long road that so many walk every day, often quietly and often alone. It’s tough, it’s isolating at times, and it takes everything you've got.
By donating, you’ll be supporting the Black Dog Institute’s incredible work in research, early intervention, education and support services, helping to improve the lives of people living with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and suicide risk.
