Royal National Park Coastal Walk Fundraising Event in Spring

Hi there, 

I'm raising funds for the Black Dog Institute, which supports research and interventions in mental health, in important and specific ways such as:

subsidised group therapy courses for individuals in rural and remote areas, 

free online resources, 

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander initiatives and,

training for health professionals. 

Every little donation is helpful, just as every small step contributes to a long, refreshing walk at the coast.
