Why 'Bowl For Your Lives'?

Cam and I have both been affected by mental health related matters due work related matters.

We have both also become involved in lawn bowls and this has had a positive impact on us. The people that you meet and become friends and team mates with is phenomenal.
Not to mention the way the game is a great tool to free up your mind from stressors and triggers.

It is our hope that we can promote a great sport that is a great tool in dealing with mental health and also raise awareness whilst raising money for a great organisation. 

Cam Balam and I are committed and truly passionate about raising awareness of mental health in all parts of the community.

This is just the start of our partnership with the Black Dog Institute. They are a great proactive organisation doing great work for all those affected by mental health related matters and raising awareness.

If anyone is willing to contribute a donation to our fundraiser for 'Bowl For Your Lives' towards 'Black Dog Institute' it would be greatly appreciated.

My long time great friend and colleague Cam Balam and I are teaming up to raise funds for mental health with the great organisation Black Dog Institute.

It's no secret to those that know me that years of law enforcement have had an impact.  Lawn bowls has had a very positive influence on my path forward.

Cam and I are strong supporters of mental health awareness and prevention.  We are doing all we can to raise awareness and funding with the Black Dog Institute who have helped by creating this fundraising page for 'Bowl for your Lives'.
