Shed My Dreads

Help me make it meaningful

As many of you know my distinctive dreadlocks have been part of me for over 20 years (don't worry i have washed them a few times over the 20 years). While many people have suggested or wished i would cut them off over the years i have never found the right reason. Well now i have found a great reason and cause to not only cut them off but more importantly raise money for men's mental health through the Black Dog Institute.

For men mental health has not been something spoken openly about, and like many men i have had my own mental health challenges or struggles over the years that i have not spoken about. So i have chosen to 'Shed My Dreads' which will lighten the load on my head as a way of encouraging not only men but all of you to lighten your mental load and discuss your mental health.

So if you want to see me cut my dreadlocks off after over 20 years of growing my them along with supporting the Black Dog Institute then get behind 'Shed My Dreads' and donate today.
