Friday 2nd Jun
So I have completed MAYking a difference for the month of May. 326,000 steps, 218km and no sweets. Thanks for everyone who donated and I raised $1450 of my $1500 goal for Black Dog Institute who do amazing things for Mental Health. You can still donate in the link below 👇🏼 https://lnkd.in/gTv8vXwJ I wanted to also share my experience on Mental Health as there are family, friends, and work colleagues that didn’t know I had it at the time but I managed to get myself through these dark times with talking to people I entrusted and knew would listen and not judge what I was going through. Those people being my wife, a close mate who went through it himself, the GP and of course my psychiatrist. If you are going through it, you are not alone so talk to someone please 🙏🏼. #mentalhealth #noshame #notalone #beingroar

Week 4

Monday 29th May
So week 4 over and what have I missed most is hot homemade apple pie and ice cream!! I have completed over 74,000 steps for the week. with cold wet weather. 
I have raised over $1200 so far which is fantastic and big thanks to all that have donated so far. This is going to help with mental health. I am not far off my target with 3 days left.
As I said before even $5 if you can spare a coffee purchase. 

Week 3

Monday 22nd May
So week 3 over and have completed my 70,000 steps for the week. It was tough with cold wet weather but managed even getting my daughter out Sunday afternoon for a walk to make sure I got there.
I have raised over $800 so far which is fantastic and big thanks to all that have donated so far. This is going to help with mental health. I am not far off my target with a week and half to go.
As I said before even $5 if you can spare a coffee purchase.

Week 2

Sunday 14th May
So week 2 over and have kept to task
I have completed my 70,000 steps for the week despite being sick in bed most of Saturday. Shows it’s important to put the effort in early. 
No sweets despite many temptations and opportunities. 
I have raised over $800 so far which is fantastic and big thanks to all that have donated so far. This is going to help with mental health. I am not done yet and there is still time. As I said before even $5 if you can spare a coffee purchase.
