In memory of Jayden Kup-Ferroth (Kuppy)

In memory of a loved one

Tragically on 2nd December 2022 Jayden passed away from a medical event.  Later to be diagnosed as a benign Cyst on the brain that led to his very sudden passing.

During Jayden's adult life he was an avid supporter of many charities and The Black Dog Institute in particular.

As a 14 year old Jayden lost his father Bret to suicide, this started a long battle of mental health for him but he fought the fight long and hard for the rest of his life.  Every day was a challenge for him but somehow he would pull himself out of the depths of sadness and conquer another day.

He had many friends and would always be the first to go to them and sit and talk all night if needed to keep their own black dog away.

His gentle nature, colourful personality and crazy antics would ensure that he was always the centrepiece for every occasion. I am sure you would all have your own special memories.

Kuppy as he was known to  most of you would be proud and honoured to know what he has left behind in his wake, so if you would like to donate to this cause please follow the steps and give what you can.

Cheers

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.

Black Dog Institute is the only medical research institute in Australia to investigate mental health across the lifespan. Their aim is to create a mentally healthier world for everyone.

Your gift will support crucial mental health research and support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

Thank you.
