Scottie's IRONMAN
We lost Scottie in 2021 far too young.
Scottie was a former England Army rugby league player and the Waverley Rugby Club Director of Rugby. A close mate to many and a well loved eastern suburbs local in Sydney.
Scottie's passing left a big gap in our community, at our rugby club and in our hearts. I am raising money to help people acquire the ability and skills to speak out when things may not be going well or to start the conversation with some one to help in a negative scenario.
I am doing the Cairns IRONMAN which is a 3.8km swim, 180km cycle and a 42.2km run for Scottie to help people who may be struggling.
Let's do what we can to raise awareness, have conversations and give people the skill sets to look after themselves.
It is ok to not be ok.
