The coast paddle

Friday 19th Jun

A group of mates from a community health and wellbeing group (TEAM EARTHDOWNS) have decided to challenge them selves not only physically but also mentally by attempting a 45km paddle from the Central Coasts Catherine hill bay beach to Terrigal beach, this trip is over 45km of open ocean, shore line and cliffs. This will be a gruelling effort but I’m sure as a team we can make it all the way.
 This trip will be done on either surf ski, sup, nipper board or racing mal. 
We are not racing just focusing on finishing this as a team. Anyone is more then welcome to join in on a leg or jump on a boat or ski and support us along the way.
