The Palace Dance & Music Gift Market

Help me make it meaningful

Mental illness doesn’t discriminate – it affects 1 in 5 Australians every year with symptoms like depression and anxiety. The impact can be devastating, not only for those living with it, but for those around them.

But more than that, the pressure of the festive season can add additional stress to those with a mental illness, or who feel isolated in other ways.

That’s why I’m hosting my very own event, to harness the transformational power of dance & music to raise funds for the Black Dog Institute. Every dollar raised will support crucial mental health research and support services that help Australians impacted by mental illness and suicide.

Help me create a meaningful moment for mental health, all for a great cause.

Please donate now. Thank you.

Welcome, to the Beginning

Saturday 17th Dec
This weekend, I am pulling together an impromptu fundraising event to celebrate the power of music and dance to lift us from even the deepest depths of experience. As a survivor of suicide, there's a lot about my life I have never been able to share of myself. There's still so much I won't be able to say, but this Sunday, come along to my spontaneous Dance & Music Gift Market and see why I decided to stay. Why I decided this life was worth sticking around for, no matter how much each day feels like drowning. If that's too much for you, no worries, just forget you saw anything.
