I'm joining in with my classmates for a May-rathon to help raise awareness and money for Black dog Institute.

I'm standing up to join Team Black Dog to turn ground breaking research into life saving action.

Mental illness affects 1 in 5 Australians every year. It does not discriminate. It affects people from all walks of life - individuals, families, workplaces and communities.

It is a very important issue in the veterinary industry. On average, a veterinarian takes their own life every 12 weeks in Australia. We currently have a national shortage of vets with mental health being an important contributor.
