Help me create a mentally healthier world

As Veterinarians (or vets in progress) we are sadly a part of the Australian population that are 4 times more likely than everyone else to take their own lives. 
During the month of May I will be attempting to run/walk 50km to raise awareness and spark a conversation around the mental health of veterinarians and vet students alike. 
Please show your support in any way you can, but more importantly, have a conversation with those around you about the importance of taking care of your mental health.
